The lively show explored different types of energy, how energy is transferred and how we can measure it.

Year 8 student, Rebecca, bravely took on the challenge of a rowing machine race against elite marathon runner, Mr Rowlinson, beating him by five metres!

Supported by the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force, the Roadshow visits over 420 schools across the UK every year. It provides an interactive experience for students, and is designed to inspire excitement in STEM subjects. The programme delivers fun, engaging activities that demonstrate how STEM underpins everything that we do.
