We aim to ensure our young people are equipped to enter employment and have a clear understanding of what it’s like to work. This requires a different approach to secondary education; one that is much more closely linked to business and employers. As well as working closely with our lead sponsor, CMFT, we aim to engage with other employers in the area to optimise opportunities for our young people and ensure they are well prepared for employment.
