At MHA, we’re going to do things differently and we aim to ensure that our students will leave the Academy with high aspirations and equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve them. Alongside this, we want to ensure that you, as parents and carers, have access to the necessary knowledge and skills to support them.
What your child will learn at school is known as the ‘curriculum’. Our curriculum is going to inspire and excite our young people, improve their health, make them safe, increase their enjoyment and achievement and enable them to make a positive contribution within an inclusive and supportive environment.
To enable students to develop the skills and qualifications best suited to their interests and abilities, there will be a wide range of options that students will be able to choose from, including GCSEs and vocational qualifications.
