Exit at junction 5.
Turn left onto A5103 (Princess Parkway).
Turn right onto A560 (Altrincham Road).
Keep going for approximately 1 mile.
Go past McDonalds Restaurant and then the Shell garage on your left. (If you go past Tesco you have gone too far so double back at next roundabout).
Turn right at traffic lights onto Moor Road.
The Health Academy entrance is on the left.
From M56 (west bound)
Exit at junction 3A
Turn right onto A5103 (Princess Parkway extension).
Turn left onto A560 (Altrincham Road).

To find the Health Academy, walk down Brooklands Road until you reach a large roundabout.
